In 2018, a lot of unauthorized resellers were offering Imperial Feet’s products on the Amazon platform. When Imperial Feet finally approved their Amazon account they were facing troubles activating certain products. Besides this, the foot care market is a very competitive landscape.

Imperial Feet is a family-owned and operated cosmetics brand focused on foot care with roots in Holland. The brand was mostly found offline, in the practices of many podiatrists.

ACTIVATING OFFERS
Amazon can be a tough nut to crack in terms of compliance. We opened cases, jumped on calls with Amazon support and requested and supplied supporting documentation. In short, we did what had to be done to activate around 10+ offers on each marketplace. A big game changer was launching the full catalog on the US market, whereas previously, the bulk of products, had only been launched on the EU market.
Upgrading visual assets
As Imperial Feet started seeing more and more products active, we created a strong visual presence across all products in the catalog while measuring conversion rate. After a lot of research, we created stunning A+ content, listing images and 3D renders. We also crafted a stunning storefront that set Imperial Feet miles apart from the competition. We implemented several review strategies to make sure many customers left a review. In an effort to bring both conversion and click-through to the very maximum, we have continuously been split testing new main images for the top sellers.
SCALING THROUGH PAID ADS
Within an agreed TACOS treshold, we started aggressively dominating the market with an elaborate advertising strategy. In time, one of the products grew to become #2 on Amazon in an extremely competitive niche. Today, Imperial Feet keeps widening the gap with an effective review strategy and an offer that is superior to the competition.
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS
Standing still is going backwards. After establishing the top spots in some very competitive niches on Amazon, we joined our heads together to develop and launch a handful of successful new products within the foot care niche.
